We perform our wash services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to meet your schedule. We use massive 15 GPM (gallon per minute) power washers to clean your surfaces thoroughly and quickly. We know you have two priorities, getting your garage/ramp amazingly clean and second, getting your garage/ramp back in operation. No one does that better than RTD Power Washing.
Our employees are the best in the business. We pay our power washing technicians a minimum of $20 per hour. Our employees receive health and dental insurance, PTO (paid time off), and a company-matching Simple plan. Our equipment is practically unheard of. Our cold-water power washers are 15 GPM machines. We can operate up to 5 power washers at one time to provide an unperilled clean in record time. We connect them to city fire hydrants to get the 75 gallons of water per minute they need. Our hot-water power washers are 10 GPM machines. We have Tennant Sweepers and Tennant Scrubbers. We have trucks that reclaim waste water when needed. We have the specific tools needed for any job.
We use detergents and degreasers depending on the level of cleanliness required. This allows us to:
- Deep clean and dissolve embedded salt and sand that can damage your concrete
- Remove stains and debris such as chewing gum, oil stains, food spills, and pest droppings
- Remove slippery buildup that can cause slips and falls
- Extend the life of your parking garage/ramp
