We perform exterior and interior building washing of brick, block, stone, limestone, precast, stucco, steel, aluminum, vinyl, terracotta, Dry-Vit, and E.I.F.S. Your exterior may be contaminated with mold, algae, mildew, moss, dirt, exhaust, and carbon-based pollution. We match the material being cleaned to the correct detergent, hot or cold water, and correct water pressure to the surface being restored. Routine washing of your building is important to prevent it from becoming permanently stained.
We perform our wash services 7 days a week to meet your schedule. RTD Power Washing has the capacity to get your job done in a short amount of time with minimal disruptions. If needed, we can send out 5 or 6 trucks to get the work done in hours instead of days. We’re experienced with high-rise buildings and our employees, not subcontractors, are covered by Workers’ Comp. Insurance.
